While You're Here
We’re always happy to assist with your excursions around the Islands. Whether your stay with us will be for one night or for a week-long vacation, there are wonderful places to see and things to do within minutes of the Rock Ledge – and we’ll help you find them.
On the River, you can watch ships from all over the world as they pass by – how many countries will you count? Maybe you’ll decide to meander among the Thousand Islands on a scenic boat tour, or stroll the shops and docks of Alexandria Bay. Feel like a swim? There’s an Olympic-sized pool right across the street at Keewaydin State Park.
Freshwater sport fishing attracts thousands of visitors to the Islands every year; whether you’re looking for a professional guide or just want to drop a line in the River, we know the spot. Golf courses ranging from historic to “golfer-friendly” await, or we can show you to miniature golf. Looking for antiques? Perhaps a winery? Pick your pleasure; there’s fun in store for every member of the family!
Here are some nearby restaurants and activities that our guests have particularly enjoyed. However you spend your time in the Islands, Rock Ledge Motel helps you to unwind, refresh and rejuvenate.
